CMVA Developers and Owner's Representative is a Miami-based company founded in 2015 that specializes in the development, project management, construction, and renovation of residential and commercial properties. In partnership with a certified general contractor, the company strives to deliver high-quality work that meets the needs of its clients and the community.

In 2017, CMVA began the construction of a luxurious residence in Atlantic Way, one of Miami Beach's most exclusive neighborhoods. The home spans three floors and a terrace, offering a celebrity lifestyle and a range of luxurious amenities. The first floor features a home theater, bar, office, living room with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening to a summer kitchen, heated pool, jacuzzi, cabana, and large fenced grassy backyard with its own basketball court. The second floor comprises a large entertainment room with a fireplace, custom kitchen, wine cellar, and glass walls leading to a large terrace. A path leads to four bedroom suites. The third floor boasts a master owner's suite with a private terrace overlooking the ocean.

Taking on a project that previously was not following conventional standards for construction aimed at achieving excellence in quality presented significant challenges for CMVA. However, the company implemented its strategies and processes to ensure that the house was built to the client's expectations and within the established timeline and budget. CMVA played a crucial role in the development of this project by taking on the work at a critical moment when the previous team was unable to continue. The company assumed 100% of the project's stages, implementing its culture and processes to ensure quality and efficiency. The selection of partners and suppliers for this project was based on CMVA's prior experience working with them on various other ventures. CMVA's expertise in high-end homes helped enhance the property's value and achieve a sales price of $20 million.
